With 25 years of experience across the UAE and KSA, my career has been dedicated to leading school transformation, strengthening academic practices, and establishing sustainable systems that help every learner succeed.
Throughout my leadership journey as Founding School Principal, Director of School Operations, and Principal, I have focused on raising student achievement, empowering teachers, and enhancing parent satisfaction through strong communication, clear systems, and a culture of continuous improvement. I look forward to continuing this work here at Al Ittihad National Private School, Al Ain.
