Seats are limited and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Priority will be given to those who submit their application with complete documents. A notification will be sent to parents’ email addresses that are mentioned in the registration application. Students will not be considered officially registered in the school until all registration procedures are completed, including payment of registration fee. If we do not have an opening in a specific grade level, applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
Al Ittihad Private Schools seek to actively recruit and retain students while committing to prepare them to be global thinkers in the rapidly changing world. The admission, registration, and placement of student’s policies take into account the schools’ obligations as defined in Federal Law No. (29) of 2006 on the Rights of People of Determination. This policy is to outline the requirements of the admission, registration, and placement of the students in Al Ittihad Private Schools and the procedures for admission.
At Al Ittihad Private Schools, our approach to school fees is designed to be transparent and accessible. We provide a breakdown of fees for each grade level, encompassing tuition, materials, and some extracurricular activities. Our aim is to make quality education attainable for all.
• Sibling discount is given from the second child onward.
• 5% VAT will be applied on all fees except tuition fees, books & transportation fees.
➤ The first installment in August of each year, a total of (33%) of the school tuition fees in addition to book fees and optional fees after deducting registration fees or re-registration fees paid.
➤ The second installment, on 1st December of each year, total of (33%) of the school tuition fees.
➤ The third installment on 1st February of each year, total of (34%) of the school tuition fees.
Re-registration fees are non-refundable if students choose not to return to school for the next academic year; except in certain cases including but not limited to, evidence of family traveling to another country or moving to other Emirates.
The parent has the right to refund the registration or re-registration fees before the beginning of the academic year if the school’s rating according to the Dubai School Inspection Bureau has dropped to a lower level, and the student moves to a school with a higher rating.
If the parent paid the tuition fees in full and decides to withdraw before the start of the academic year, the parent is entitled to refund the paid tuition fees, provided that the registration or re-registration fees are deducted.
➤ If the student was registered at the school for two weeks or less, one-month fees will be deducted.
➤ If the student was registered at the school for a period between two weeks and one month, two months' fees will be deducted.
➤ If the student was registered at the school for more than a month, three months' fees will be deducted.

The actual withdrawal date will be considered from the date the parent submits the written 'Withdrawal Request' to the school, and not from the date the student is absent.
One Month's fees are calculated by dividing the total tuition fees by ten months
Official holidays & student absences will be included as part of the student attendance period.
The above-mentioned tuition fee refund policy will be applied to each semester separately.
Book fees are refunded if the student did not attend school and before the beginning of the academic year only.

• Schedule a School Visit You are welcome to visit the school and meet with our registrar to learn more about our programs and facilities.
Following your online submission, you will receive a call from the school to schedule an interview for KG students, or for an entrance exam for students Grade 1-12.
Please ensure the submission of the necessary documents:
- A recent colored photograph of the student.
- The original Emirates ID of the student, father, and mother.
- A copy of the student's valid passport.
- A copy of the student's birth certificate.
- A copy of the student's vaccination record.
- For students transferring from schools within the UAE: The latest academic report card of the student and an attested transfer certificate from your previous school.
- For students transferring from schools outside the UAE: The latest academic report card of the student and a transfer certificate from the previous school, attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Consulate in the country where the school is located.
- An equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education for students in grades 10-11-12 when transferring from a different curriculum or for students transferring from outside the UAE.
Parents will be notified to visit the school to complete the remaining formalities.
Payment of the seat reservation fee, which will be deducted from the total tuition fees, within one week of the interview result.
Signing the parent-school contract, which will be sent electronically by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai.
